Standard Features

  • Bookmarking: Ability to bookmark specific areas of a call with notes in Live Call Control, Utility Client, or Search Screen. The User can then search for calls based on the bookmark and immediately go to that part of the call and see the notes.
  • Call Log Report Quick Print/Export Button: In the Search screen, there will be a Quick Print or Export Button that will send a formatted Search Call Log to the default printer or have the ability to export it to Excel similar to the Reports page.
  • Call Segment Saving And Editing: When reviewing a call, the User will have the ability to save a segment of a call and once saved will have the ability to edit and redact with white noise.
  • Clear Search Settings Button: The User will have a button which will clear any search settings made and revert back to the default search settings.
  • Global Search: This field will replace the current Call Tag field and will perform a global search on all database fields for particular data.
  • Horizontal To Vertical Lookup: By right clicking on a call, a box will display that shows all call information rather than having to scroll to the right to see all data.
  • Inactivity Alarm: This will provide for the ability to alarm on inactivity of recording of a channel which can be done in Live Call Control and set it in minutes.
  • Instant Recall Function: This provides a function similar to the old instant recall stations. Upon maximizing IE, the system automatically displays the most recent calls and plays the first call.
  • Motorola Radio Integration: Phase I Serial is now supported for both Smartnet and Smartzone.
  • Multi-Channel Live Monitoring: In the Monitor page, this gives the user the ability to monitor more than one channel at a time.
  • Multiple Monitor Support Screen Recording: Previously, Screen recording was limited to one screen. Now multiple screens can be recorded. Please note the video card must be able to support the screen resolution to be played back in.
  • Permanent Save For Calls: Calls can be marked and they will be permanently saved and not be removed by the backup manager based on its removal schedule.
  • SIP Invite Recording For VoIP: This was developed primarily for NG 9-1-1 but can also be used for any SIP based system. It provides for a more secure and reliable recording method of VoIP phone calls.
  • Variable Speed With Constant Pitch: This enhances the playback adding the ability to vary the playback speed from ½x speed to 2x speed without a material change in pitch.
  • Windows Shift/Ctrl Function: When moving through search calls, the User can use the standard Shift and Ctrl functions to pick multiple calls.
